Boil dal with 1 sliced onion and turmeric.
Add in potatoes, carrots. When the veggies are soft, add cumin and fennel powder (mix with water) then add in the eggs. Then add half of the coconut cream.
Heat up frypan with ghee. Then add in curry leaves, cumin seeds, black mustard seeds, garlic, ginger and onion. Brown it and then add to the daal mixture. Then, add in the remainder of the coconut cream and bring to boil. Voila!
