Decadent Nutella Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream (very cold)
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • Whipped cream and raspberries to garnish

Directions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl combine heavy whipping cream and instant coffee.
  2. Refrigerate for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir coffee and cream mixture until coffee is dissolved.
  4. Stir in Nutella.
  5. With electric mixer on medium speed, beat mixture until soft peaks form, occasionally scraping sides of the bowl with rubber spatula.
  6. Divide mousse between 4 serving dishes.
  7. Put dishes in refrigerator for at least 4 hours but preferably over night.
  8. Just before serving garnish if desired.
