Dinner Delight: Perfect Ribeye Steaks with Hot Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 Ribeye Steaks
  • ¼ Cup of Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh Parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tsp Monument Grills Texas Hot Pepper Sauce (more or less to taste
  • Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub to Taste

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, Monument Grills Texas Hot Pepper Sauce, and Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub. Mix with a fork until thoroughly mixed. Set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill to 600° F.
  3. Season both sides of the steaks with Monument Grills Texas Beef Rub.
  4. Insert temperature probes into the steaks, launch the Monument Grills app, and set the desired cook temp.
  5. Place the steaks directly on the grates.
  6. Turn on the internal built-in infrared broil zone and sear the steaks.
  7. Flip the steaks once the desired grill marks are achieved. Continue cooking until IT reaches the target temperature.
  8. Remove from the grill, top with dollops of the hot butter, and allow to rest before slicing and serving.
