Ingredients

• 15 oz. can refried beans
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup salsa
• 8 oz. block cheddar cheese shredded
• 1/2 cup jarred jalapeno slices drained
• 1/4 cup green onions sliced (add after cooking time is up)
