  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives and/or dill/parsley
