• 3/4 cup 2% milk
• 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
• FROSTING:
• 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup Kerrygold Butter
• 3-3/4 to 4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• Assorted decorations: Sweetened shredded coconut, sprinkles, and jelly beans
