Easy BBQ Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cup plus 2 T packed brown sugar
- 3 T white wine vinegar
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- Couple dashes Tabasco sauce
- Dash pepper
- 3 T green onions (I use 4-5 green onions
- 1 1/2 t freshly grated lime zest
- 1 1/2 t freshly squeezed lime juice (I use a whole lime)
- Lime wedges for serving (optional)
- In a small bowl whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, onion, mustard, hot sauce, and pepper. Stir in the green onions, lime zest, and lime juice. Can be covered and refrigerated for up to a week.
