Easy Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 2- Pillsbury Pie Crust (or other brand) The kind located in the biscuit section, not the frozen kind.
  • 1- can cream of chicken
  • 1- frozen gren beans
  • 1- frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • thyme, garlic powder, salt, pepper - to taste
  • 1 cup cooked diced or shredded chicken
  • season salt

Directions

  1. Cook chicken in skillet lightly coated with oil, adding seasoning salt to taste.
  2. Shred or dice chicken after it cools.
  3. Mix them green beans, corn, soup, milk and seasonings in a bowl.
  4. Prepare pie crust according to package instructions. - Place one crust in bottom of the pie pan, trim edges. Add filling mixture. Place second pie crust on top, pinch edges. Make four cuts, lightly coat with egg white. ****Egg whites are a must for a perfect crust, so pretty and yummy!****
