Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 Organic chicken breasts boneless & skinless, fat removed
- 1 medium size onion chopped ( I used 1/2 of a large onion)
- 1 teaspoon dry herbes de Provence
- 2 garlic gloves finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup hot chicken broth I used homemade chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon dry tarragon
- grated Parmesan cheese for serving
