While the oven is preheating/ and the biscuits are baking, prepare the sausage gravy.
Brown the sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and add the flour, cooking for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Increase the heat to medium and slowly pour in the milk, stirring until the mixture has thickened into a gravy.
Season with salt, pepper, and seasoned salt.
