Easy Stuffed Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • chicken breast: 1 pc
  • black pepper: 2 g (0.1 oz)
  • salt: 3 g (0.1 oz)
  • smoked bacon: 50 g (1.8 oz)
  • water: 100 g (3.5 oz)
  • The filling:
  • potatoes: 100 g (3.5 oz)
  • parmesan: 50 g (1.8 oz)
  • salt: 4 g (0.1 oz)
  • black pepper: 2 g (0.1 oz)
  • eggs: 1 pc
  • Sauce:
  • butter: 50 g (1.8 oz)
  • flour: 50 g (1.8 oz)
  • milk: 160 ml (5.4 fl oz)
  • salt: 4 g (0.1 oz)
  • black pepper: 2 g (0.1 oz)
  • nutmeg: 2 g (0.1 oz)

Directions

Take chicken breast boneless and lay flat and cut in half the when done put parchment paper over them hit with mallet and then take the potatoes and and wash and peel and use a shredder and then take the potato’s and put in a bowl and add the parmigiana and the salt and black pepper and 1 egg mix all together until egg is completely mixed in then use a table spoon and take the mixture and put on one half of the chicken and spread it out evenly and then use the other half of the chicken and put on top of mixture then put 2 pieces of bacon one one top tucking under the bottom piece and the other piece of bacon on the bottom half and tuck under then take parchment paper and lay flat and put the chicken breast on it and all around close the paper and put in frying pan and add little water about 3.5 ozs and cook covered for 15 min both sides evenly continue until all chicken breast is cooked and then make the sauce and add on top when fully done and enjoy
