  • 2 pounds ground meat (we prefer pork or turkey)
  • 2 med onions, minced
  • 2 T toasted sesame oil
  • 1 T fresh minced ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 t crushed red pepper
  • 2 T white wine
  • 1/3 c beef broth
  • 9 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 c shredded carrot
  • 1/4 c tamari sauce
  • Green onion for garnish
