Directions

  1. Cut egg tofu into pieces, mushrooms cut into half
  2. Add salt to eggs and beat well
  3. Lay egg tofu pieces and mushrooms into beaten eggs
  4. Airfry at 180deg for 10mins, reduce to 160deg and continue airfry for 10mins
