Combine the eggs and the milk, add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the spinach, onion, garlic, zucchini, tomato and mushrooms. Stir continuously. Add to the egg mixture. Pour into the omelette maker leave open for 10 minutes or until it is cooked through.
When the eggs are cooked, quickly add the Feta cheese. Close the lid.
Place omelet on a plate and top with tomatoes.
