• Wet Ingredients
• 2 apples cored and diced, no need to peel
• 3/4-1 cup sugar 150-200 grams
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened; 113 grams
• 60 grams sourdough discard 1/4 cup
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup plain yogurt 200 grams
• 2 tsp vanilla extract 4.7 grams
• 1-4 Tbsp depending on yogurt and flour types water to thin the batter; 15-60 grams
