Directions

  1. Blend the almonds in a food processor.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend in 30 second intervals until the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into an inch wide (2.5 cm) balls.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour and enjoy. This portion makes 3 servings.
