Put warm milk in bowl. Melt butter and add to milk. Mix warm water with yeast and a pinch of the sugar in a cup to proof yeast. When cool enough so that not more than warm, add flour, remaining sugar, eggs and salt (2 tsp). Mix forming soft dough. Need until smooth, adding more water or flour as needed to make smooth and soft. Let rise at least one hour with cover or saran wrap on top of bowl.
Meat:
Brown meat, onion and spices. Then drain. Add lemon to taste. Must cool meat before putting on dough!
Final:
When dough has risen, make small balls. Let rise for ½ hour. Then roll into round circles. Fill with meat mixture. Pinch sides and top together to form a triangle. Don’t let the dough rise once rolled.
