  1. In tray put olive oil, rub fillets in it
  2. Than salt pepper and lemon juice onion slices chopped spinach
  3. Cover with diced tomatoes
  4. Put In oven
  5. 350 degrees approx 30 min or less depending on the type of fillets
  6. (Haddock cooks faster)
