Ingredients

  • Mahi mahi or other firm white fish
  • Lime
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • Cilantro
  • Pico de gallo or salsa
  • Shredded cabbage green or red
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Tortilla wraps

Directions

  1. Prep fish with salt pepper and lime juice. Grill or broil till done then flake apart
  2. White sauce: Mix mayo, yogurt then add lime juice to thin. Add chopped fresh cilantro or dry to taste. Add pinch of sugar and mix
  3. Warm the tortilla
  4. Build the taco with fish, white sauce, salsa, cabbage, and fresh cilantro (optional).
