Fisk Masala Med Ris

Ingredients

  • 1 stk lite fedd hvitløk, presset
  • ½ ts garam masala
  • ¼ ts chilipulver
  • ¼ ts gurkemeie
  • ¼ ts salt
  • 1-2 ss olje
  • 1 ss sitronsaft
  • 1 ss frisk koriander
  • 2 stk tomater
  • 400 g fiskefilet (torsk/hyse/sei)

Directions

  1. Sett stekeovnen på 180°C.
  2. Kok ris som anvist på pakken.
  3. Rør sammen hvitløk, garam masala, chilipulver, gurkemeie, salt, olje og sitronsaft. Tilsett finhakket koriander.
  4. Pensle fiskefiletene med krydderblandingen på begge sider.
  5. Legg filetene i en ildfast form, og fordel delte tomater i formen.
  6. Hell resten av krydderblandingen over.
  7. Stek fisken i ovnen i 10-15 minutter.
  8. Server med kok ris og chapatti.
