  • 200g de chocolat
  • 250g de mascarpone
  • 3 gros œufs
  • 60g de sucre glace
  • 40g de farine
  • 1 pincée de fleur de seul
  • 1 bouchon d’arôme vanille

Directions

  1. Faire fondre le chocolat.
  2. Mélanger les œufs la vanille et le sucre.
  3. Ajouter le chocolat.
  4. Ajouter le mascarpone, la fleur de sel et bien fouetter.
  5. Chemiser un moule à manquer au sucre et cuire 30mn à 180 environ.
