Fried Beef With Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 100g slice of beef, shredded
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 150g shredded zucchini
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Add the shredded beef, garlic, soy sauce, and olive oil in a bowl.

Heat a pan and start frying the meat, use more oil if needed. When the meat starts to get a nice colour, put all the vegetables in and fry for a couple of minutes.

Top it off with sesame seeds and plating it. Feel free to serve it with aioli if more calories are desired, or a lime wedge.
