1. Heat half Coconut oil in skillet until pan begins to smoke slightly
2. Slice your peeled onion and garlic very thin. Add the onion garlic to your heated skillet and saut on a low temperature until the onion starts to look translucent.
3. Slice the head of cabbage very thin. Turn the skillet with the onion garlic to a medium temperature and add the cabbage stirring frequently to avoiding burning.
4. Dice jalapeño into small pieces (keep the seeds if you like it spicy). Add the jalapeño and the remaining oil to the cabbage in the skillet.
5. Chop your parsley very small and add it to skillet once the cabbage is done. (Cabbage is done when it appears glossy and somewhat translucent)
