Fried Chicken Breading Mix
Ingredients
- 4 cup flour
- 4 cups fine breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup salt
- 3 Tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp bay leaves, ground
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp marjoram
- ⅛ tsp cumin,
- ⅛ tsp allspice
- ⅛ tsp cayenne

Directions
- Mix ingredients well
- Store in a cool place.
- Use 1 cup of mix for eight pieces of chicken.
- Mix 1 cup milk with egg to moisten chicken before dipping in breading mix.
- For a thicker coating, press into breading again.
