Fried Green Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1. Green tomatoes sliced sort of thick
- 2. 2 eggs and a teaspoon of water in a bowl
- 3. Flour, salt, pepper in a bowl
- 4. Italian breadcrumbs & shredded Parmesan cheese in a bowl
- 5. Vegetable oil
- Sauces:
- A. Horseradish- 1 tablespoon
- Sour cream - 2 tablespoons
- A dollop of Mayo
- Chives
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- B. Mayo (half a cup)
- Srache (3 tablespoons)
Directions
1. Dust slices of tomatoes in flour mixture
2. Dip each slice in egg mixture
3. Coat in breadcrumb/Parmesan mixture
4. When all slices are ready, heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat
5. Fry slices one side at a time until they are golden
