Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (18 oz) bottle Teriyaki sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 cups cooked white rice (day old or leftover cold rice is best)
  • 3-4 Tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. Cut chicken breasts in diced pieces and cook put a side and then take the 3 cups of rice and put them all in a boiling pot of water when done drain and put a side then take peas and carrots and cook them the put a side also then take the eggs and cook them and cut as cooking into pieces then when done take the oil and put on griddle & all the other ingredients and put them together and mix and finish cooking everything together and then as cook put the 3 to 4 tbsp of soy sauce in the mixture and flip around can keep adding to taste and then serve
