Ingredients

  • - 1 oz light rum
  • - 1 oz blue curaçao
  • - 2 oz pineapple juice
  • - 2 oz cream of coconut
  • - Pineapple slice and cherry for garnish

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine ice, light rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. 3. Pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
  4. 4. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
