Fruit Overnight Fridge Oats

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of oats
  • 3/4 cup of milk (vanilla almond milk for non-dairy)
  • 3/4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 - 1 cup chopped fruit of choice
  • 1/2 tsp of flavor of choice, e.g. cinnamon, chocolate, honey, etc (optional)
  • 1 mason jar

Directions

  1. Add everything, except fruit into mason jar.
  2. Cover and seal jar.
  3. Shake jar thoroughly to mix ingredients together.
  4. Add fruit of choice and mix in gently.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
