Roll out cookie dough onto ungreased pizza pan. Bake 375 for 10-12 mins. Cool.
Mix together cream cheese and powder sugar.
Fold in cool whip. Spread over crust.
Arrange fruit on top.
In saucepan, combine sugar, juices, water and cornstarch and salt; bring to boil. Stir constantly until thickened. Cool; brush over fruit. Chill until served.
