  • 60 # Heavy duty mayonnaise
  • 3 #10 cans ketchup

Directions

  1. Put the ketchup in the large mixing bowl first, then add the mayonnaise on top of it. Mix all ingredients on speed two for roughly 10 minutes. Check the consistency make sure that you are mixed thoroughly. Before removing the fry sauce from the mixing bowl, make sure to take a long handled. Whisk and scrape the bottom. Give it a good whisk and pour fry sauce into white buckets. Label and date.
