  • 1 package garlic bulbs
  • water
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Separate garlic bulbs into individual cloves.
  2. Place cloves in a covered microwaveable dish with a few tablespoons of water.
  3. Microwave for a few seconds until the skins are loose.
  4. Squeeze cloves out of their skins.
  5. Place skinned cloves in blender or food processor and cover with olive oil.
  6. Process for a few seconds until smooth
  7. Place in a covered freezer container, and store in freezer.
  8. One rounded teaspoon equals one garlic clove
