1 tsp vanilla sugar extract?

350 g ground poppy seeds 2 1/2 cups
160 g fine semolina finely ground - 1 scant cup
250 g sugar 1 1/4 cup
100 g butter 1 stick
1 tbsp rum / or vanilla
