  • 1/4 cup vermicelli (uncooked)
  • handful of slivered almonds
  • hummus of your favorite variety and brand
  • Spices
  • 1 tsp dried mint
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 4 tsp Sumack
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • salt to taste
