  • 1/4-1/2 lb pork
  • 1/4-1/2 lb shrimp w/ heads
  • 1 nub ginger
  • 3-4 pieces garlic
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • salt or patis to taste

Directions

  1. Stir fry garlic and onion
  2. Add pork
  3. Add ginger
  4. Peel and separate shrimp heads
  5. Pound shrimp heads in a bowl and add a little water
  6. Add peeled shrimp to stir fry
  7. Add coconut milk
  8. Chop squash and add
  9. Cut string beans into thirds and add
  10. Strain shrimp heads and pour juice into dish
  11. Season to taste
