Glazed Salmon and Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. McCormick Glazed Salmon & Vegetables
  • 1/3 cup water (or orange/lemon juice for a citrusy twist)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 lb. salmon filet
  • 1/2 lb. asparagus, ends trimmed ( substitute vegetable of choice.)
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips
  • Honey butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix seasoning mix, water and sugar in small bowl until well blended.
  2. Place Salmon and vegetables on separate sides of large shallow foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Brush 1/2 of the seasoning mixture on vegetables; brush remaining mixture on salmon.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are tender. Brush with honey butter.
  4. Try substituting one pork tenderloin (about 1 lb.) for the salmon. Bake until cooked thoroughly.
