Golden Maple Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 C pumpkin purée
- 1/2 C maple syrup
- 1-1/2 C milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 2T flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Preheat 400
- Mix liquid ingredients, then add dry ingredients and mix till smooth.
- Pour into pie shell and bake approx 40 min. Until firm and knife clean. Cool
