  • 1 bag sliced carrots
  • 6 russet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp pepper
  • Bag of cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Cook bacon, save grease.
  2. Cook all vegetables in grease until soft.
  3. Add vegetables and bacon to large pot.
  4. Add 1 can beans, and slowly pot chicken broth in. Mix until soupy.
  5. Repeat last step.
  6. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. Serve with cheese.
