Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (I’ve used sliced almonds)
  • 2 Tbs flax seeds
  • 2 Tbs hemp seeds
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Mix everything together.
  2. Line 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  3. Press mixture into pan and let sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cut into squares and wrap individually in parchment paper. Store in Stasher bags in the freezer or fridge.
