Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries
  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup flax
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

  1. Line the bottom and sides of an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang so you can easily lift out the bars later.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl, Stir the liquid ingredients together in a smal saucepan over medium heat- low heat until melted and smooth. Poor into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Evenly spread the mix in the prepared pan and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Cut into bars and store in fridge for 1-2 weeks, or in the freezer for one month.
