Directions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2. Toss potatoes with half the oil, lemon zest, and oregano.
  3. 3. Place chicken on top, drizzle remaining oil and lemon juice.
  4. 4. Roast for 40 minutes until chicken is golden and cooked through.
