Greek Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 600 g lean beef mince
  • 1 1/2 cups parsley finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mint chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 1 lemon juiced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 220C.
  2. Put all ingredients, except lemon, into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.
  3. Form mixture into walnut-sized balls and place on a lightly greased baking tray.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until well-browned
  5. Sprinkle with lemon juice to serve.
