Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • 2 x punnet cherry tomatoes, sliced in half length way
  • 2 x Lebanese cucumbers, sliced how you like
  • 1 x baby cos lettuce, washed and roughly chopped
  • 1 x med Spanish onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large handful pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 200g block feta, cut into little squares- or crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil (optional)
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper

Directions

  1. Basically just throw ingredients into a large bowl as you run down (go through) the recipe, fold together and serve.
