  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped dill
  • 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  • 40 grams feta cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Whisk the egg in a bowl. Add olive oil to a frying pan over medium - high heat. Pour the beaten egg into the pan and swish it around to look like a pancake.
  2. Flip it over to cook the other side and remove to a plate.
  3. Add the dill, spinach and feta to the omelette, season to taste, and roll it up like a wrap. Cut in half and enjoy.
