Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients

1lb ground beef

1 chopped onion

2 TBSP butter

1/2 tsp of salt and pepper

1 tsp each smoked paprika and garlic powder

American cheese

homemade burger sauce - 1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/8 cup mustard, 1 TBSP sweet relish

Directions

-Add the chopped onion to a skillet over medium high heat with the butter.
-Let the onions cook down until they start to caramelize.
-Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
-Drain any extra grease from the skillet.
-Slice King's Hawaiian rolls in half and spread mayo over the inside of the rolls.
-Toast the Hawaiian rolls in a skillet until golden brown
-Spray a sheet pan or baking dish with cooking spray and put the rolls toasted side down.
-Add a layer of American cheese.
-Add the ground beef on top of the cheese.
-Top with the cooked onions.
-Add more cheese on top.
-Put the tops of the slider rolls on toasted side up.
-Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
-Enjoy!! Dip in the homemade burger sauce!
