Grilled Chicken And Veggie Salad

Ingredients

  • Chicken to grill (I used 120g)
  • 1 large carrot chopped into sticks
  • 1 thick slice of onion
  • 10g of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbs of garlic herb marinade
  • Lettuce and spinach or other greens of your choice.

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken (overnight is ideal)
  2. Add lettuce and spinach to a plate
  3. Prep carrots and onion to grill by covering in olive oil, salt, an pepper.
  4. Grill chicken, carrots, and onion until cooked to preference. (Onion will cooked the fasted. Make sure to flip regularly)
  5. Once done grilling dice carrots, onion, and chicken then add to your salad plate.
  6. Finish by adding grated parmesan to top.
  7. And enjoy 🤗
