Grilled Pepper Jack Bacon Burger Sandwich With Jalapeños

  • 1 lb beef
  • 1/2 - 3/4 c bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c beef broth
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • GRILLED SANDWICH
  • 8 slice of your favorite bread
  • 8 slice pepper jack cheese
  • 1 c nacho sliced jalapenos
  • butter, margarine, or mayo

Directions

  2. Cook and drain bacon. Then crumble.
  3. Mix burger ingredients until bacon is evenly distributed and meat soaks up liquid.
  4. Fire up the grill and make 4 patties.
  5. Grill until juices run clear or slightly pink. Cover burgers with foil to keep warm.
  6. Spread butter, margarine, or mayo on one side of each slice of bread.
  7. Place four slices of bread, butter side down in a large fry pan. Put one slice of pepper jack on each slice of bread. Divide jalapenos into four portions and top each slice with jalapenos.
  8. Top jalapenos with the rest of the pepper jack.
  9. Add rest of bread, butter side up. Fry on medium until cheese is melted.
  10. Open up the grilled cheese and jalapeno sandwich. Place a warm burger inside and close the sandwich. Slice down the middle. Enjoy
