Grilled Salmon - Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

  • 5 3” slices of fillet (skinned)
  • In gallon ziplock:
  • 3 glugs olive oil
  • 1 glug Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 glugs lemon juice
  • 1-2 glugs soy sauce
  • 1 splash Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions

  1. 1) make marinade in ziplock
  2. 2) season fish with salt and pepper
  3. 3)Marinate over night
  4. 4) Heat grill to 350
  5. 5) Spray grates with non stick
  6. 6) add fish and coat with bbq sauce
  7. 7) flip after 6min
  8. 8) coat other side with bbq
  9. 9) cook 5 min
  10. Adjust if very thick
  11. Use leftover for fish tacos (flaked)
