Directions

  1. Soak ears in water for an hour, weighted down with a plate. Soaking the corn will prevent the husks from burning up and add moisture for cooking.
  2. Preheat grill to 350 – 400 degrees F.
  3. Cook corn on the grill for 10 – 15 minutes, turning once. The ear is done when the kernels take on a slightly darker translucent appearance.
