1. Place ground beef in roasting pans with onion and oil and Season with salt, and taco seasoning.
2. Put pan over high heat and begin to cook, stir and crumble beef as it begins to cook. Use the potato masher to crumble.
3. When the beef is 3/4 of the way cooked, add water and allowed to simmer for five more minutes.
4. Make sure beef is completely crumble and remove from heat. Place in sheet pans an allow to cool.
