Make the dough, fold it in Saran Wrap and put it in a fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the avocado, crushed garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth to make guacamole.
Take the dough out from the refrigerator. Cut it into equal pieces and roll every piece in a thin scone, about 1/3 of an inch in diameter. Preheat the frying pan to medium heat. Put the first tortilla in and after 30 seconds flip it.
Then put it on a wet towel and cover. Every tortilla should be covered with a wet towel so that it doesn’t dry up.
Use guacamole to brush every tortilla. Cut the cucumber put in the centre and wrap the tortilla.
